Jams & Jellies 

The jams and jellies are made in small batches during the long winter months. Freezers of berries and infusions recreate the aromas of summer on blustery winter days in January.

All berries and herbs are local, many personally picked in the early hours while the dew is still on them. Not all jams and jellies are available all year.
